Case #6- The BTK Killer

This serial killer liked to commit his murders in Wichita, Kansas. Over the years 1974 and 1991 he had 10 victims. He loved all the attention he would get from the media & even craved it. He would send letters to local newspapers and tv stations, purposefully taunting the investigators. He got too carried away and that's what had led to him being captured. But he then resurfaced in 2004, he sent a computer floppy disk to the Wichita Eagle. The deleted data on the disk was traced by forensic analysts and connected it to a man named Dennis located at the Christ Lutheran Church in Wichita. When in police custody Dennis Rader confessed to all the murders and was sentenced to nine life terms in prison.
